Warranties and Liability

The goods provided will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will correspond with the relevant artwork specification approved by the buyer.
Goods deemed faulty in terms of material and workmanship must be notified to TCBD within 5 working days of receipt.
Where any valid claim in respect of any goods based on any defect in quality or condition, TCBD will replace the goods (or the part in question) free of charge.

Termination

The buyer may not cancel the order for personalized items once artwork has been approved and an order confirmation has been received.
If the buyer cancels the personalized order after such time, they will be liable for the full cost of the order

Privacy

TCBD is committed to protecting user privacy. We understand and appreciate that visitors and users of this web site are concerned about their privacy and the confidentiality and security of any information that may be provided to us.
To address concerns about unauthorized use of personal information, please contact TCBD via this site or refer to the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000.
TCBD will never share, sell or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law.
